What does 200 KB mean in this tool?
RulePix uses 200 × 1,024 bytes, or 204,800 bytes, as the maximum. It targets a 190–200 KB window rather than adding meaningless padding to hit one exact number.
Can I resize a PNG or WebP to 200 KB?
You can choose JPG, PNG, or WebP as the input. The preset starts with JPG output because it usually preserves photographic detail efficiently and is accepted by more form portals.
Will the photo keep its aspect ratio?
Yes, while exact dimensions are off. If you enable an exact width and height, RulePix uses a centre crop to fill that frame without stretching the image.
