The preset targets 95–100 KB because upload forms usually enforce a maximum. The exact byte count depends on the picture's colours, detail, and dimensions.
It first tries to preserve the original dimensions. If the image cannot fit below 100 KB at a useful quality, RulePix gradually reduces its width and height without stretching it.
